Gymnastics to me is a HUGE part of cheer. To get on certain teams you need different tumbling skills. If you become a cheerleader you need to stretch everyday, because it improves flexibility. Gymnastics is all about balance, drive, skill, and effort. You have to believe you can do a skill to actually do it ( you also need to be able to physically do it. ) I f you try tumbling make sure to have a professional to spot you.
